Start with the purpose

Is your event for families, company guests or festival visitors? Describing the audience and purpose helps shape the conversation about the circus experience and its programme. Let us know whether the enquiry is for a single day or a longer run.

Tell us about the venue

The city, proposed venue, available area and initial photographs are useful at the start. Explain whether the location is indoors or outdoors, and which times are available for preparation and operation.

A concept image alone cannot confirm whether a location is suitable. Technical and operational requirements are discussed with the host before a final proposal is agreed.

Explain your timing and audience

Include anticipated dates, the number of operating days, preferred performance periods and an initial estimate of attendance. If your dates are flexible, share the alternatives.

A budget range, if available, and any language, hospitality or visitor requirements help define the proposed scope without assuming services that have not been agreed.

What should your first message contain?

Begin with your company name and contact person, followed by a short event description, the city and venue, proposed dates and expected audience. Attach a venue plan or photographs if available.

The business section of our contact page is the starting point. An enquiry opens a discussion; it does not confirm a booking, a price or artist availability on a particular date.
